Hey John

How are you doing? I want to thank you again for your hospitality during our stay. I have a favor to ask of you. I had a visit from Scott Bergstrom of Bergstrom Skegs. He came to collect the Triple Point carbides off the Z1 Jag that you rode. These skegs have over 19,000 miles. He wanted to know how the sled handled, ie. Cornering, and dancing around, etc. I mentioned to him how you could steer the sled in reverse on the concrete and asphalt when we got gas.

I think you must mean that those skegs only had 1,900 miles, not 19,000 miles. Right?? They felt almost new to me. I was overwhelmed with the way that machine handled!! The ease with which I moved around at that gas station in Gwinn made me feel you had just put new skegs on for the trip. I know you keep your sleds in top shape. Are you sure they were old??
